I’ve had the pleasure of being a keynote speaker at numerous international design conferences and events, held workshops and talks at academic institutions and have been the featured guest in various podcast episodes.
From some of the world’s largest design conferences to local meetup events, I’ve presented in Australia, Vietnam, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and many online events.
I bring an authentic and affable energy to my presentations, using storytelling to take the audience on a journey, often using the physical world to explain matters of the digital world. I refrain from jargon, cringy overused terms and dry business talk, instead aiming for content that’s clear and relatable.
With an immense respect for audiences, I approach talks and workshops with a high degree of professionalism – careful preparation, visually rich presentations, well considered content and a strong desire for everyone to enjoy our time together. Audiences have come away appreciating the actionable takeaways, shifts in their perspective and new insights that helped their career or approach to work.

Beyond conferences, events and podcasts, I’ve participated in the design and product communities in a variety of other ways. As a Judging Panelist at the Startup Weekend event in Australia. Worked with General Assembly Singapore as a Portfolio Review Panelist for their UX design students. Produced the Design Variety mini-series on YouTube.
I’ve enjoyed one-on-one mentoring and coaching for many designers over the years. In 2026 I’m a mentor in the National University of Singapore (NUS) Industry Mentorship program.
At FPT Software, I was featured in their Solution Forum event series including the presentations “Designing Effective Enterprise Products”, “Creating Harmony Between Designers, Developers and Stakeholders” and “Bringing Life to Digital Products”. I’ve run an informative “Mastering Image Creation with Generative AI” training presentation to hundreds of attendees across the Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang and Hanoi corporate campuses. Held the “Touching Users for e-Commerce Success” live training and online learning course. Hosts the centralized design competency unit’s quarterly all-hands Town Hall meeting.
